Design & Permitting
We produce the permit-ready set and carry every application through local, county, and state review.
You see preliminary drawings before anything is finalized. From there we prepare the full set, write the supporting narratives and calculations, and coordinate directly with each agency — including variance hearings where they're needed.

Compliance & Completion

This is where most consultants have already left. We coordinate and attend final inspections, resolve open notices of violation, secure the Certificate of Occupancy or Completion, and hand you a clean close-out package.
